How to read an entry
Every entry carries the same fields, so the changelog can be audited as well as read.
| Field | What it records |
|---|---|
| Product | Which of the four it changes. Changes to this site and the community are listed under MeYouSocial. |
| The problem | As the member wrote it, linked to the thread. |
| Raised by | The member’s name. Credit is the point. |
| The decision | The steward’s status and reason, and the charter line the change serves. |
| Checks passed | Regression, layout, accessibility and data-consistency results, and the testing cohort’s notes. |
| The flag | When it turned on for testers and when for everyone. Rollback is one action, and a rollback gets its own entry. |
| The help article | Every entry links to the article it changed. The in-app help centres are the source of truth. |
| The evidence | If a usage analysis led to the change, the analysis is linked, in the same form the stewards saw it. |
