On 16 August 2026 a read-only deep test covered 71 routes of the production Velocity app, including all 69 library-linked features. No records were created, sent, approved, edited or deleted. All 69 library-linked routes loaded without fatal errors, unknown routes show a proper 404 page, the command palette and Ctrl+K work, and no JavaScript errors were recorded.
It also found one critical issue (expired meeting proposals could still be approved and sent), several high-severity data-integrity defects where modules reported incompatible reply, contact, task, meeting and pipeline figures, and People and Calendar layouts that do not work below the 1024 px breakpoint.
Why it is public
A member-evolved product publishes its test reports rather than hiding them. This report is exactly what fast building without verification looks like, and it is the reason the verification stage exists in the loop: regression, layout, accessibility and data-consistency checks run on every community-shipped change, releases go behind flags, and rollback is one action.
The early-access exit list
- Prevent approval of expired meeting proposals and regenerate stale proposals.
- Establish one authoritative source and definition for replies, contacts, tasks, deals and won-deal metrics.
- Fix Calendar timezone conversion for new events.
- Correct autonomous job-change task templates and suppress retired or invalid prospects.
- Redesign the People and Calendar layouts below the 1024 px breakpoint.
- Repair navigation from Pipeline Alerts to the referenced opportunity.
- Enforce required fields consistently in the interface and the backend.
- Remove deployment and debug details and webhook-registration controls from the production interface.
- Deduplicate notification ingestion and rendering.
- Address accessible names, dialog descriptions, headings and console warnings.
