Product: Producer · Raised by: the Producer steward · Status: shipped, version 0.1.0

Producer 0.1.0 is the first Windows build. Drop a screen recording and it transcribes it locally, has Claude write a value-first script of eight to twelve scenes against the transcript and the actual frames, records narration on your machine in one of eleven voices, builds a composition in one of eight looks by copying approved reference scenes, verifies every scene and seam, renders a 1080p MP4 in headless Chrome and FFmpeg, and packages it with SRT captions, a thumbnail, the script and optionally the editable project.

What is in 0.1.0

  • Seven steps: Source, Brief, Script & voice, Build, Studio, Render, Package. Each unlocks the next.
  • Eight looks: Studio Dark, Editorial Light, Cinema Full-Bleed, Social Vertical (9:16), Boardroom Slate, Sunrise Warm, Blueprint Grid, Minimal Mono.
  • Eleven Kokoro voices, generated locally. Default: Heart at 0.95×.
  • The Studio: HyperFrames Studio served locally, with a prompt box for edits by sentence.
  • A Claude panel that shows every run, with its cost.
  • Unattended production and a built-in self-test.

Two things to know before you install

  • The installer is not yet code-signed. Windows SmartScreen warns on download and first launch. A signed build is on this list.
  • Requirements are heavier than the other products. A Windows PC, a Claude Pro, Max or Team subscription with Claude Code installed, about 1.6 GB on disk for the app plus about 490 MB for the Whisper model, 330 MB for the voice model and 160 MB for the render browser. Rendering is CPU-bound. Producer invokes Claude Code with permission prompts skipped, scoped to the project folder; that is what makes unattended production possible.

The full walkthrough is on the Producer page. Requests for a template look, a voice, a vertical cut, an input format or a Studio control are in scope for the queue.
